The Dayton Pagan Alliance started as a bit of a "leap of faith" by a couple of Dayton pagans who have been inspired of late to get off our duffs and make a difference.

There is a need in the greater Miami Valley area for locating the lost, alienated, ostracized, or burned-out veterans of our Pagan/Witch wars and giving these cautious-with-good-reason people a chance to come out and take pride in community spirit again.

There is also a need to find our lost newbies - the ones in the dark, crying out for guidance and looking for a tribal sense of community.

We are interested in getting together with like minded pagans in and around Dayton to create (or re-create, as the case may be) a sense of community IRL.

We realize that many area Pagans already have personal and/or family traditions that contribute to charitable organizations as private individuals. Our intent is to pool strengths, talents, and resources in an altruistic attempt to bond as a spiritual and social group and to make a difference for the Pagan Community in becoming more visible to the public at large.

We are not a teaching organization. Rather, our vision is to "unite the clans" by rolling up our sleeves and digging in.

Our ultimate goal is opening a Pagan Community Center in the Dayton Metroarea.

What do we want from you? A sense of adventure, a willingness to help a need, a bit of your time, and confidence in yourself that you CAN make a difference in a small, but significant way.
